Immersion assembly week 1

Have u ever seen crazy Lip Synced teachers? Well today, that has
happened. Walking into the hall hearing kids screaming with “Joy” Seeing all the
little kids smile as they saw there teachers dressed up in crazy costume’s. And being
silly, and entertaining the kids as they we’re walking in, After our little set ups and
morning starting of the day, we got to see what our teachers did while we we’re on
Holiday's and how creative there movies we’re. Every teacher had there own creative
video or play to do on our stage, to entertain the kids and also show us what our theme
was gonna be this year, listening, Singing along, and having “Joy” Was my favorite thing
about our assembly. I would like to thank all the teachers for there hard-working.
And taking there time just to make a small little clip or even a play for us. We appreciate
everything you do for us and can’t want to see more.

This week at pt england, school!!! we have been learning about

Expo project day

Today at Pt England School, we had a expo day to show everybody our projects that we had been planning for the pass five week. The theme of the expo was we had to do a project about force and motion, if we where going to do a project we would have to do some research for the science behind our projects.

My team was Amelia,Ayla, and Hinerangi we where doing a cup stacking game you had to take the cups down and then u would have to put them back up again and you also have another person next u you have to try and beat the person and see who can stack the cups back up again.

Attitude talk?

Today at Pt England School we had this man called Toni who came into Pt England School he came from attitude talk it is a little company that goes around to lots of schools and talk about some things in life or are u making the right choice.

So in my mind i was thinking to myself am i making the right choices in my life, Toni started talking about animals i was thinking what animal am i so i started talking to some of my friends they said i laugh a lot and make lots of people happy so i thought to myself i think i am a otter. 

So in Toni talk he told us some animals he said that there was a otter a otter is like the class crown and then he told us there was lion the lion is like a person is likes to lead people, Then we had a golden retrieve the golden retrieve are the people who are very nice to you and have a hard time saying no to people, and the last animal is a beaver the beaver are like your nerds they are like the smart people in your group or class or the people who put there work before fun.

For this week my group has been learning how can recycling become useful
to the world and this is what i think recycling can become useful

What i did in this week Term

In this Term i had met some new teachers and some new people in my new space it was fun to meet them and fun to meet some new teachers.

In my writing and reading class room my teachers are teaching us about our own opinion about for example: if u had an old school and u could wear your own clothing to school but u moved to a new school and u had to wear school uniform,and u had to pick your opinion to wear the school uniform or move back to your old school? so that is what i am learning in my writing and reading classroom.

In my maths classroom i am learning how to do algebra i never heard about algebra before but when my teacher told me how to do algebra is was very easy but when i get to college i am not taking algebra because its going to be a very hard class to do in college.

And my Favorite part of the day is when all of the classrooms join together and watch PENN because i get to sit with all my friends together and watch some PENN.

And my new thing i am looking for going down to Tamaki college and going to cooking,because i can't wait to cook some food in cooking class because we could make anything in cooking class.
